Who I Am and Why I Get It
I wear the invisible crown now, and I know what it costs to forget it.
I built a life that looked successful from the outside and felt like survival on the inside. I was the strong one, the reliable one, the one who held it all together. And it was quietly costing me everything.

Is this therapy?
No. This is leadership and wellness coaching. We work forward, on capacity, strategy, and nervous system regulation. If you need clinical care, coaching sits alongside it, not in place of it.
I am not in Dallas. Can we still work together?
Yes. Coaching and the Collective are virtual and worldwide. Retreats and select events are in person, and you will always know the location before you commit.
How do I know which offer is right for me?

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, and I keep that simple and honest. There are no cash refunds. If something is not the right fit, your payment can be applied as credit toward another product or offering of equal value. Coaching containers also have their terms outlined in your agreement before you ever pay, so nothing is a surprise.
